Bollon Cultural Walk

Join your Gwamu/Kooma guide to explore the First Nations history of the Bollon area.  The tour involves a gentle walk along the Wallam Creek, followed by a bush tucker tasting.

Tour highlights:
  • Conducted by a Gwamu/Kooma elder
  • View Wallam Creek Dreamtime Art and historic Yumba
  • Discover historic scar trees significant to the Gwamu people
  • Learn about traditional artefacts and tools
  • Learn to track animals and identify bush medicines and food
  • Enjoy a seasonal bush tucker tasting
  • Approximately 2 hours duration

Cost:

  • Adults: $65 per person
  • Children 5-15 years: $25 per child
  • Children under 5: no charge

Please note:

  • Tours operate seasonally from 1 April to 31 October.
  • Tours generally run daily from 9am to 11.30am but times can be flexible.
  • A minimum of two adults is required for a tour to operate.
